Terms & Conditions

We would like to ensure that your appointment a Infinity Nails Co. runs as smoothly as possible. Please, make sure to read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit.

1. Arrival time: in order to have the best experience, we advise clients to arrive 10 minutes earlier than the starting time of their appointment. This is to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, fill out any forms and choose from the broad range of colours and motifs available. Service begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client. In some cases late appointment may not be honoured.
   
   
2. Booking Fee: a non refundable cash or card reservation fee of £10 will be required upon booking an appointment and will be deducted in full from the final price of the service.
    
3. Cancellations: ensure 72h notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you miss your appointment or cancel allowing less than 72h notice, your booking fee will be considered lost.
   
   
4. Gift Vouchers: purchasing of Gift Voucher confirms client's acceptance of Terms & Conditions. Vouchers are only valid for clients whose name is written on the voucher. Gift vouchers can only be used to cover the cost of services and cannot be used to purchase products. They're available for over 18's only. Unfortunately no photocopies will be accepted. Gift vouchers are only valid up until the use by date written on them. Any attempts to alter this date will result in voucher being null and void. If the overall cost of the service is higher than the value of the voucher, then the remaining balance must paid by cash or card. Should the voucher's value be higher than the cost of the services, no change will be given and no voucher credit will be carried forward to the next appointment. Infinity Nails Co. will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Vouchers.
   
   
5. Allergies: any allergies, sensitivity or adverse reactions to any of the components used during each procedure must be communicated prior to booking an appointment.
   
   
6. Guarantee: there is a three day guarantee offered for every service. Any issues must be immediately communicated to assure guarantee cover.
   
   
7.  Hygiene: all equipment is always kept clean and sterile. We pride ourselves on high level of hygiene throughout each procedure. for further details, please check the 'Hygiene' section of this website.
   
   
8. Prices: our prices are subject to change without notice. Any appointment already booked will honour prices valid at the time of booking an appointment.
